With the release of the latest team polls, it looks like region IV figuring in the rapid rise of Cabell Midland(2) and St. Albans (4) as well as Huntington (3), Point Pleasant (8), etc. may be approaching Region I in terms of toughness

Region I has South (1), University (5), Parkersbug (6)

So assigning reverse points with 10 for #1 etc.
Region IV has 2 (9) +3 (8)+4 (7) +8(3) ergo 9+8+7+3 = 27 Ranking points
Region I has 1 (10) +5 (6) +6(5) ergo 10+6+5 = 21 Ranking Points
... Don't look back boys, something may be gaining on ya!
