#1 Zane Lanham (Fr), Huntington Dec Hunter Green (Sr), Riverside, 2-1 OT (although I thought the ref may have called stalling a little quick between the warning & awarding a point)

#2 Lucas Simpkins (Sr), Ripley Dec Bradley DeRito (Sr), Musselman, 3-2 (definitely surprised me that DeRito was in it all the way to the final whistle, Simpkins could have very easily lost this match)

#3 Zane Lanham (Fr), Huntington Dec Jarritt Flinn (Soph), Parkersburg South, 2-0 (very impressive freshman)

#4 Brandon Tenney (Sr), Buckhannon Upshur Dec Robbie Holley (Soph), Cabell Midland, 6-4 OT (Buck up with 2 finalists)

#5 Jared Donahue (Jr), Parkersburg Dec Micah Crewdson (Sr), St Albans, 2-0 (Donahue is very hard to score on, solid all around wrestler)

#6 Trey Harmon (Sr), St Albans Dec Cameron Pine (Soph), Washington, 3-1 (2 very good wrestlers)

Nathan Simmons (Jr), John Marshall
Wrestler who performed very well and almost pulled off a huge upset against Hicks, played it safe and stayed in the match to the end getting Hicks gassed but he still had enough to get the fall in the final seconds.

I think the 160-lb championship match between GW's Hunter Jones and Huntington's Trevor Johnson could be the best AAA match of the night.
