What dates will the 2023 WSAZ be held on?

This is a critical tournament for overall scheduling purposes for teams who want to win. And.............some schools might/should be looking at sending their top wrestlers to if the entire team cannot go.

Maybe next year the directors can make at least some attempt to control the milling around of coaches, wrestlers … and for that matter anyone who wants to get on the arena floor. It’s a problem. Truly hinders viewing from the stands.
There was only one poor soul given that responsibility this year and he was generally ignored.

Schedule wisely.

Keep in mind that your top wrestlers can go alone.

Teams were turned down for the first time in 2022.

You snooze, you lose. Schedule today and lace your wrestling shoes.

If a middle school doesn't have wrestling how do we get a independent wrestling into the tournament?

Just walk in the back door wearing a singlet and headgear. (regardless of the weather)….Sometimes carrying a clip board helps too.
Then go right up to Bill and say “ we are here to rassle “… in like flint bro.

I heard from both Bill Archer and Robert St. Clair regarding this question, and here is the answer:

All wrestlers must represent their team/school and be on the eligibility sheet per WVSSAC rules. We cannot allow club-only wrestlers to enter the tournament. If his school does not have wrestling the WVSSAC allows for them to wrestle for another school that feeds their home high school. We have never allowed wrestlers that are not representing a school enter the tournament; it is not an open tournament.

I mean if in correct you mean it’s been physically used sure. But one is a movie and the other the actual saying.

While you kids argue about whether it is Flynt vs Flynn (presumably Larry vs Tim, both know a lot about riding time) we can all agree the proper phrase is:

In there like swim wear
