WV Middle School Weight Classes changes? ( front page )

Did the West Virginia middle school weights change ? If so this is news to me... the front page and what’s new section lists a new set of weights and down to only 12.
Who in their right mind would vote for these weight classes? And secondly, what moron would vote to go down to 12 weights from 15.
This has gotta be someone pulling a joke or something... can anyone advise?
