Will Middle School Season Happen?

Not looking to start a political argument here. Regardless of whether you personally think this is a complete political stunt or you think this is the worst virus known to man, or the more likely scenario of you being somewhere in between the extremes, it doesn’t look promising that we will have middle school wrestling this season.


If wv doesn’t have a middle school season this year, do you take your wrestlers to a private club? Try to train them at home? Sit out the year & play video games? If school coaches are paid, will the WVSSAC prohibit them from coaching kids at clubs since technically it will be out of season?

I believeit will depend on if they have a high school season. If high school has a season. It would in opinion be hard to cancel the middle school season. You couldn't tell one group of kids its safe to wrestle and then tell another it is not. But is just my opinion.

We rely on VA/PA schools near the panhandle so it will depend on that. So far the AD seems to think we will, but not many teams around us in WV
