Where did the post go questioning a wrestler at 133? Was that this thread?

Big win for Coach Flynn and team at arch rival Pitt before a packed house.

Jordan Titus whipped #1 Cole Matthews at 141 to get the upset train rolling and Peyton Hall came up with a clutch pin at 165 in front of a couple of bus loads of youth wrestlers and fans from his native Hancock County. But it really was a complete team effort.

Pitt couldn’t get its scoreboard working properly throughout the match, and it was probably best for their fans it was on the fritz.

I believe that was another thread. Davin has been out trying to get healed from illness and injury but now that he is back, he will fill this spot and be a very solid competitor. Although he has not had a chance to compete a whole lot, I am excited to see what this guy can do at this level. With his resume coming out of HS he should do just fine and hold his own. His schedule for the next month is going to be brutal but it will give us a chance to see where he stacks up against the Top 10 and Top 20 guys in the country.

This win over Pitt is pretty dang impressive and Jordan Titus's win over Cole Mathews is mind blowing. We all knew that he was good but has not showed this level of competitiveness all year, let's hope he keeps it up.

This is a good win for Killian, this is probably his most competitive match since coming back and he handled it just fine. Sam Hillegas and Alex Hornfeck both had good wins over very solid opponents. And Anothy Carman had another impressive win over a TOP 20 ranked guy that had beaten him just couple weeks ago at the Midlands tournament. Carman is about to turn a corner to where he is beating ranked guys on a regular basis, let's hope this was the push he needed.

Let's hope that this team can take the momentum from this win and pick up another big win this year. They are about ready to head into the heart of their BIG 12 schedule with Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Iowa State, and Northern Iowa so they can use all the momentum they can get.

Also, Congratulations to Coach Flynn on 250 career victories.
