Regional seeds and points

What are we supposed to do if a wrestler's points are not correct on the new web site? I have emailed several times that there are missing points. However, it hasn't been fixed all season. I was told there is a technical issue on the site, but I see that they have added other things recently. The results for other tournaments are readily available for calculation. So how can we assure a kid gets the proper seed for the regional if we aren't sure the association has all the results and counted them correctly?
