152 Adam Whitmore

I'd like to give a shout out and congrats to Adam Whitmore at 152. With a injury that would've been season ending for most wrestlers on the planet, multiple torn ligaments and tendons in the ankle, hey pushed through the training and was able to stay laser focused on his way to a second state title. An equally great kid, great wrestler and great athlete from Ripley was looking to make a comeback and challenge for that title. Knowing all of this Adam was still able to push forward and advance. Saw two great wrestlers and even better men in that semi finals match up. And I appreciate both as a fan.
Instead of just mailing it in Chris fought back for well-deserved third-place finish. I applaud both for their year that they had and it reminds me why this is the greatest sport on earth.
