Oak Glen Middle School Wrestling Tournament

Date/Location: December 10th, 2016 Oak Glen High School Gym
Time: Weigh-ins will at 7:30- 9:00 with wrestling starting at 9:30
Entry Fee: $125 per team make checks payable to the Oak Glen Grapplers Club and send them to 195 Golden Bear Drive New Cumberland, WV 26047 Attention Patrick McGillian
Food: The wrestling boosters will have a full concession stand with breakfast and lunch available throughout the tournament. We will also provide a hospitality room for the workers, coaches, and officials.
Awards: We will award the top four in each weight with a medal and the top two teams will be award a trophy.
Format: This will be a bracketed tournament with the losers of the first and second round wrestling for fifth place and the semifinal losers wrestling for third place.

Rosters: Please email Patrick McGillian your team roster by Wednesday, December 9th and make sure you specify between Varsity and JV for team scoring purposes. pmcgillian@k12.wv.us
Seeding: We will seed the wrestlers the best we can and will do the best to separate wrestlers from the same school. When you submit your roster you need to put your wrestler’s accomplishments from the current/previous year so he can be considered. If they shouldn’t be seeded just leave it blank.
