You're right about that Gator. Those sports do rule. We do have a rich history when it comes to wrestling here in the Valley with guys like Marc Samples and the Easter brothers just to name a few.

I do remember those guys. Lots of state titles between the Easter brothers. Mark is still giving back to the sport as a coach, which is great!

Very late to the game. I really would like for this tourney to get wrestled, but I'm afraid it might already be to late. I talked to my school administration here at Dunbar Middle and they entertained the idea of having it here. I'm not sure how many of the 8 High Schools are still interested because I fear they may have already rescheduled something. We don't have wrestling here, so we have nothing (mats, clocks, table workers, etc.), I've ran tournaments in the past and could help get this going if there is still an interest.

Thanks coach Beech. I'm not a coach but a fan but coaches get a hold of this guy. If there is a will there is a way. If you have it at Dunbar I'd be happy to work a table and help find folks that's would. Let's keep the KVC going.

Hopefully, it gets settled and the tournament is a go. It's ashamed that it has even come to this. Scrambling around a couple weeks before hand to see if the tournament is still a go and who is gonna hold it. Hopefully, some school will step up and go ahead and schedule it for next year so they gym/facilities are taken care of.

Sissonville is hosting the Cardinal Conference the week before. Capital was supposed to but could not do it.
