WVYWA Selection Tournament

e. West Virginia Team West Virginia Qualifying Tournament
i. The WVYWAC will send an Elementary School Dual Team
to the NHSCA National Duals generally held in May of
each year.
ii. The WVYWA Team WV Qualifying Tournament shall use
the same age divisions, weight classes and rules as the
NHCSA National Duals and shall be an open. Seeding, if
any, shall be at the sole discretion of the Tournament
Director. The Tournament shall be run as a true second
tournament.
iii. As a general rule, the WVYWA Team WV Qualifying
Tournament shall be conducted annually,at a date and
location in January of each year to be selected by the
WVYWAC.

I'd like to know why there is so much butt hurt over this. It was posted, date and time. If you didn't want to attend, couldn't for whatever reason etc... then that's no one's fault but yours. Can't please everyone all the time. Get over it and move on. It's really starting to look embarrassing for some of you.

This tournament was scheduled with plenty of time to make plans to attend. Buckhannon is conviently located and the weather was great that weekend. Tournament ran smoothly. The wrestlers that were there earned there spot and evidently wanted to be there and on that team. My son is a middle school wrestler so having it on a Sunday was fantastic because it did not have a conflict with his schedule. So congrats to everyone who "earned" there spots and go Team WV!
