I’m really hoping we can start on the 11th. Unfortunately if we are still going by the map only 15 counties would be allowed to practice today. This hasn't been confirmed yet it. It looks to be the week of 2/13 but the dates haven't been set yet.

The post I read yesterday said that Ohio wasn't going to restrict schools from competing in any event. They were just stressing the risks of competing in those bigger events.

One school may be considered the host but all three Marion county schools run that tournament.

Region 1 won't have their seeding meeting until the day of the tournament.

The region 1 tournament is going to be a true battle but it looks like East was missing at least 4 starters. I didn't see their regular 132,138,145, and 160 lb wrestlers.

I'm all for finding a way to get more dual meets on the schedule because of the excitement they do bring in a shorter period of time. The major problem I see is that the higher ups will claim these kids are being forced to make weight too many times in a season. I'm pretty sure Ohio had changed the ...

The designate certain lines as bye lines and after the seeded wrestlers are placed they fill the rest of the bracket in by winning percentage. The more seeds you have the less byes you will have in the opening round.

It was a good night for WV wrestling! The WV wrestlers won 10 of 14 finals matches.

The AA/A map is completely wrong since it has several teams driving through opposing regions to get to their tournament. I think AAA looks about the way it should on location but still don't agree with why they needed to stack region 4.They could've split up the power in AAA because in AA we have sc...

Wesbanco Arena in Wheeling is big enough to hold it since it hosts the OVAC Tournament every year. It offers plenty of handicap seating and not to mention has a warmup area for wrestlers away from all the fans.

They had to cancel their tournament for this weekend. We were scheduled to go there this weekend.
