I am super proud of Danny, my son. He is as good and tough as they come and he is a great young man. He has worked hard this year with the goal of getting better and possibly winning a title at states.
With that being said let me say before everyone hears rumors, Danny will not be wrestling at regionals this year he is very sick, he is OK but very sick and his Long term health is more important to us than winning.
Dan is a little sad but already talking about next year so that's a good sign!
Good luck to all wrestlers doing battle this weekend, wrestle hard and leave it on the mat!

I'm so sorry to hear that Mr. Booth. He is a very good wrestler. Certainly hope this is short term for him and I will keep Danny in my prayers.

I never like to hear that a wrestlers season has ended before the end of the year. Will say a prayer for Danny and look forward to seeing him on the mat next year.

Based on my knowledge, Danny has been ranked #1 in AA/A all season long and also undefeated in AA/A at 160. I hate this for him, his family, his team and even his competitors.

Prayers for Danny. He's a fine young man and a great athlete. Look forward to his return next year. This year has had its share of possible champions out due to illnesses and injury. Heal up and train strong!!

We are very sorry to hear this. I know Jordan has looked forward to getting a chance to face him all year and was disappointed when we ended up in a different pool from you guys at National Guard Duals. We will keep him in our thoughts and prayers.
